Know what you're drinking....
Coffee has long had the stigma of being unhealthy. However, coffee is also one of the most frequently and extensively studied substances on earth, and over the past few decades there have been tons of breakthroughs in discovering the drink's health benefits. And as it turns out, there are a LOT of benefits. I like to think of it as similar to chocolate, or alcohol, which we have learned in recent years can actually be beneficial to your health if consumed in moderation.
